Agreement

By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

Our Products

Every item is handcrafted in small batches. Because our soaps are made by hand, slight variations in color, shape, scent strength, and appearance are normal and are part of what makes each bar one of a kind. Product photos are representative and may not match your bar exactly.

Ingredients and Allergies

Our products may contain tree nut and or seed oils, milk, and oats. It is your responsibility to review the disclosures on each product page before purchasing. If you have known sensitivities, please consult your physician before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew automatically each month at the price listed at the time of purchase. Your payment method will be charged on your renewal date. You may skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account. Cancellations must be completed at least 5 business days before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days. Orders already processed cannot be canceled.

Pricing and Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order.

Shipping

Subscription orders ship on the 25th of each month regardless of your billing date. Subscribers who sign up after the monthly ship date may experience a delay in receiving their first box, as we complete fulfillment for the current subscription cycle. Your first shipment will go out on the next scheduled shipment date, or sooner depending on production. Delivery times after shipping are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages, though we will assist you in filing a claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, product names, descriptions, and logos, is the property of Glow in Grace, LLC and may not be used without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
